And, in this same year, the preliminary disclosure brief has been submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

It is not uncommon for non-CSSP persons to say with disdain : "so what; who cares?" ... Well, there are more than 66 million displaced persons around the world who DO care; and, there are 350 million persons who are deprived of their customary and traditional lands who DO care ... And, today, there is an emerging electronic dialogue among Peoples, who are wondering how these 1%ers achieved such a magnanimous legacy of wealth and empowerment.
